Role Overview

This position is located at the Panama Circuit Office 14-5 and is responsible for providing administrative support to the Circuit Administrator and Deputy Circuit Administrator. The role involves managing meeting minutes, drafting standard operating procedures, and coordinating events. The position requires interacting with the public and field offices, as well as compiling and analyzing data for administrative recommendations.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of this position include recording and transcribing meeting minutes, drafting administrative decisions and procedural memoranda, managing a multi-line telephone system, and typing and arranging correspondence. The role also involves compiling and analyzing information for data-driven decisions and monitoring budget information and expenditures.
