Role OverviewThe Administrative Assistant I position provides exceptional support to the Warden by efficiently managing data, preparing comprehensive reports, and facilitating clear communication. The role maintains accurate, current, and secure office files and documents, ensures professional interactions with staff and the public, coordinates information and logistics for meetings and events, and compiles departmental reports to uphold the integrity and effectiveness of the Warden’s office.
What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Warden, including researching, gathering, and compiling data, preparing written and statistical reports, and offering guidance to staff for projections and recommendations. Review, analyze, and draft interoffice memorandums, correspondence, DC-mail messages, and confidential materials for the Warden’s approval.
