Come join our family at In-N-Out Burger! We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Administrative Assistant II position on our Legal team in our Irvine, CA office. This position will be responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the Legal department.

Requirements

  • Administrative tasks and projects for the Legal department
  • Scheduling meetings, answering phones, handling requests, processing invoices, and managing correspondence
  • Coordinate and book travel for the team
  • Manage travel expenses and receipts
  • Help manage department calendars, plan meetings, and execute the day-to-day administration
  • Familiarity with legal language and principles, filing procedures, litigation calendaring and processing, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters
  • Assist the Legal department with special projects and project activities
  • Prepare meeting materials, including PowerPoint presentations and booklets
  • Coordinate department special events
  • Develop strong working relationships throughout the company, and with outside organizations and vendors
