Job Description
The Administrative Assistant performs diverse administrative responsibilities for various levels of staff within the company, coordinating projects and preparing reports, supporting the goals of local management and CorVel. This is a hybrid role.

Requirements

  • Answers phone calls
  • Handles inquiries appropriately
  • Coordinates, schedules, and maintains event calendars
  • Organizes and maintains document storage
  • Creates and prepares presentations, memos, reports, correspondence, and miscellaneous projects
  • Assists in basic accounting functions
