Role OverviewThis position serves as an assistant to the Executive Director, overseeing the functions of the Board of Auctioneers, Pilot Commissioners, Architecture & Interior Design, Building Code Administrators and Inspectors/CAMS. The Administrative Assistant II will provide administrative assistance to the Executive Director, perform special assignments, research, and report preparation. The position will also reconcile monthly SAMAS reports, prepare and process license certifications, act as a travel liaison, and perform other related duties.
What You Will Do
The Administrative Assistant II will be responsible for answering the board office telephone, ensuring calls are handled or directed accordingly. They will also respond to escalations and e-mails, prepare and process license certifications, and act as a travel liaison between the division and vendors.
