Role Overview

This position is located within the Director's Office of the Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes. The Administrative Assistant II is responsible for the administrative functions in the office, including answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining paper and electronic files. The incumbent will interface with the public, compile and maintain various reports, and review consumer complaints.
