Role Overview

This is an Administrative Assistant II position responsible for implementing, planning, managing or coordinating all operations and activities within the Lantana/Lake Worth Health Center that relate to Fiscal, Custodial and security. The position is responsible for monitoring client data entered by Direct Clinical Services staff and ensuring policies and procedures are followed as per the Health Management System Manual.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities and outcomes of this position include analyzing internal processes, planning or implementing agency procedural and policy changes to improve operations, performing monthly audits on staff and the Health Services Representative under nursing for the Lantana Centering Pregnancy clinic departments, and administering, interpreting and explaining policies, rules, regulations and laws.

Requirements
