Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will perform secretarial and clerical duties for supervisory and technical personnel, including accounting/bookkeeping, spreadsheets, and mass mailings. The role will assist in preparation of reports and correspondence, relieve supervisors of minor clerical duties, and assist with compiling inventory forms and processing P-card statements.
Requirements
High school degree or equivalent
Associate's degree or two years of college
One year of experience in a related field (such as administrative assistant or office administration)
Above average knowledge of English grammar
Light bookkeeping and accounting skills
Standard office practices
Computer operations, including Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, and E-mail
Operation of copy machines and other office machines
