Administrative Assistant responsible for performing secretarial and clerical duties, including dictation, typing, mail distribution, and financial accounting. Assist with compiling inventory forms, routing for signatures, and delivering to property.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or two years of college in business, accounting, or closely related field
  • One year experience in a related field (such as administrative assistant or office administration)
  • Above average knowledge of English grammar
  • Light bookkeeping, accounting, and standard office practices
  • Skilled in computer operations, including Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, and E-mail
