Job Description
Administrative Assistant responsible for performing secretarial and clerical duties, including dictation, typing, mail distribution, and financial accounting. Assist with compiling inventory forms, routing for signatures, and delivering to property.
Requirements
Associate’s degree or two years of college in business, accounting, or closely related field
One year experience in a related field (such as administrative assistant or office administration)
Above average knowledge of English grammar
Light bookkeeping, accounting, and standard office practices
Skilled in computer operations, including Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, and E-mail
