Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the assigned group, department, or individual, primarily based at active construction sites, with occasional work performed in an office setting.

Requirements

  • Answering phones and handling inquiries
  • Maintaining filing systems and ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible
  • Managing calendars for assigned team members and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Coordinating and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes
  • Acting as a liaison between departments, clients, and external partners
  • Drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Inputting data accurately into various databases and systems and running reports
