Role OverviewThe Administrative Assistant reports to Assistant Director and/or School Director and is responsible for various administrative tasks, including collecting tuition and fees, managing telephone calls, and maintaining children's files.
What You Will Do
Follows and completes the required CLFC Procare Weekly Checklist, takes major responsibility in collecting tuition and fees, and completes additional daily operational duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have 1-year Children's Lighthouse experience, excellent communication and motivation skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.
