Role OverviewAs an Administrative Assistant at HDR, you will provide administrative support to staff in a designated work location. You will be responsible for various tasks such as answering phone calls, managing mail and packages, and maintaining office supplies. You will also support multiple managers and their schedules, and assist with meeting set-up and conference calls.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing office supplies, and maintaining a neat and orderly office. You will also be responsible for scheduling conference calls, setting up meetings, and facilitating expense report submission.
