Role OverviewAs an Administrative Assistant, you'll handle all administrative and operational functions for the site, reporting to the direct leader of the location. You'll have the opportunity to wear many hats and help with the overall success of daily, monthly, and yearly productivity.
What You Will Do
Ensure office area and production floor areas are clean and organized, participate in safety and productions meetings, accurately complete all daily reporting and paperwork, and communicate directly with On-Site Manager regarding employee issues.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for someone with a high school diploma or GED, and an associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred. You'll need three or more years of related administrative experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
