Role Overview

Under the direct supervision of the Hostos Program Director, provides managed care coordination and support, and assists with general administrative duties and facility management functions for the day-to-day operation of the clinic's inpatient and outpatient services.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with the disease of chemical dependency preferred
  • At least one year of work experience in an office setting
  • Willingness to continue personal and professional growth
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and excellent grammar skills
  • Must be bilingual (English-Spanish)
