Role OverviewThe Administrative Assistant will perform administrative duties for the Code Enforcement division, serving as a secretary, typing correspondence, and maintaining records. The role requires knowledge of business English, arithmetic, and filing, as well as the ability to establish effective working relationships with other City officers and employees.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the role include serving as a receptionist, directing visitors or callers, answering telephone inquiries, and giving general information in response to public inquiries. The Administrative Assistant will also maintain appointment calendars, compile and prepare reports, and requisition supplies as needed.

Requirements
