Role Overview

The Administrative Assistant will play an integral role in assisting the Divisional Donor Relations Director (DDRD) with donors and internal staff. The role involves assisting with stewardship efforts, conducting donor research, and maintaining accurate donor records. The Administrative Assistant will also work collaboratively with the DDRD to develop short and long-term strategies.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will include acting on behalf of the DDRD with donors and internal staff, assisting with Advancement team projects and special events, and conducting system reports from CRM to facilitate development efforts.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma and five years of relevant professional experience are required, and a college background is preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
  • Capable of providing the utmost confidentiality and accuracy
  • Must complete all required training upon hire
  • Must have interpersonal, computer, and writing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and donor management software, notably Salesforce, is preferred
