Role Overview

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for reporting and coordinating all warehouse office functions, tracking tickets, and providing general clerical and administrative support.

The role involves managing records, organizing delivery and vendor tickets, keeping purchase order records current, and supporting warehouse management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior work experience in warehouse operations (preferred)
  • Prior work experience in the oil and gas industry (highly advantageous)
  • Bilingual language abilities (English/Spanish)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Excel skills) and Outlook
  • Strong internet research skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, or weekends
