Job Description
The Administrative Assistant for GPC (Georgia Power Company) will support the Renewable and Resilient Generation organization. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including expense statement management, timekeeping, calendar management, and providing support to multiple managers. The position requires strong communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to learn quickly.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous secretarial/administrative work experience at a high level of proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in Southern Company systems (Oracle Cloud ERP, SCOTT, Cool Compliance, etc.)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred, College experience or degree desired
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
