Wildcat is seeking a highly organized Administrative Specialist to support the Manager of Operations and Senior Director. The role involves payroll and billing administration, calendar management, communication, office operations, and paperwork management. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of Wildcat-managed sites and ensuring data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of office experience
  • Two (2) years in a supervisory or high-responsibility administrative role
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
