Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in California. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and assisting with daily operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years in an administrative capacity
  • Valid California Class C driver's license
  • Skilled in Excel, Microsoft Office suite
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
