A growing professional services firm is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and keep the team running efficiently.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail
Excellent multitasking skills
Warm, professional demeanor when working with clients and colleagues
Comfort with technology and digital systems
Bachelor’s degree
1–3 years of administrative or office experience
Strong technical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Experience with RingCentral, Zoom, or similar platforms a plus
Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Strong internet research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, friendly, and confident interacting with clients and colleagues
