Job Description
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ministry leaders and staff by managing correspondence, preparing documents and communications, organizing information and records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the ministry.
Requirements
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls
Maintain filing systems
