Job Description
A highly regarded academic institution seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant for an approximately six-month assignment. This role works closely with the Advancement team to help cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and prospects.
Requirements
At least one year of related administrative experience
Demonstrated sensitivity to confidentiality
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; ability to learn new software systems
Commitment to or experience working with diverse communities
