Job Description
A highly regarded academic institution seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant for an approximately six-month assignment. This role works closely with the Advancement team to help cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and prospects.

Requirements

  • At least one year of related administrative experience
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to confidentiality
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; ability to learn new software systems
