Administrative Assistant responsible for providing essential administrative support, managing office operations, and serving as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors.
Requirements
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet and assist customers and visitors
Prepare and send invoices
Distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing correspondence
Monitor and track office supply inventory
Maintain organized records and assist with general clerical duties
