Role OverviewThe Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for ADDT is responsible for performing a broad range of administrative, clerical & office duties, including payroll, billing, and organizational duties. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check. The successful candidate will assist the ACS department in ensuring payroll and billing timelines are met, process and track medication and financial records, and collaborate with departments to ensure deadlines are met.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of this role include processing timesheets, auditing payroll and mileage sheets, logging and tracking employee status forms, composing and typing routine correspondence, and preparing outgoing mail and correspondence. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring consumer self-administration of medications, as needed.
