Job Description
The Administrative Assistant, Sales will provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and the broader Sales team, and assist in the execution and project management of key sales events to ensure a world-class brand experience for partners and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
High school degree or equivalent
3+ years of experience in administrative support
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a service orientation
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong prioritization and organizational skills with a proven ability to get things done
Sound judgment skills with an ability to work with confidential information and discretion
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and help improve day-to-day processes.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across the company.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Visio), Sharepoint, office technology and equipment
Experience creating high quality presentations utilizing Powerpoint, Keynote and reports using Excel is strongly preferred.
