Job Description
The Administrative Assistant, Sales will provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and the broader Sales team, and assist in the execution and project management of key sales events to ensure a world-class brand experience for partners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills with a proven ability to get things done
  • Sound judgment skills with an ability to work with confidential information and discretion
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and help improve day-to-day processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across the company.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Visio), Sharepoint, office technology and equipment
  • Experience creating high quality presentations utilizing Powerpoint, Keynote and reports using Excel is strongly preferred.
