Role OverviewThe Administrative Assistant will play an essential role within the Office of Capital Projects, reporting to the Associate Vice President for Capital Projects. The individual must embody core values including excellent customer service, resourcefulness, dependability, and approachability, while exercising discretion. The position requires strong organizational, communication, customer service, and process management skills to help shape the dynamic department responsible for executing the Capital Plan.
What You Will Do
Provide reception responsibilities, manage the complex calendar for the AVP, coordinate travel arrangements, develop and maintain administrative and project filing systems, organize and manage events, and assist with special projects and other duties.

Requirements
- Associate degree
- At least 5 years' experience in a related role
- Prioritization and coordination of multiple projects simultaneously
- Technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Highly organized and dependable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs
