WinnCompanies is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join their team at Ziegler Place, a 141-unit affordable housing community in Livonia, MI. The role involves providing support to designated departments with daily administrative procedures and special projects, handling front desk phones, and greeting visitors.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
Basic familiarity with computer systems and web-based applications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A welcoming, can-do attitude and a professional presence
