Job Description
The CRE/HBF Relationship Analyst is responsible for supporting CRE and HBF Sr Directors, Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers ensuring the highest level of quality service to each client. Uses independent judgement in making decisions regarding loan closings and problem-solving client issues or concerns regarding bank products (loans, deposits, ancillary services).

Requirements

  • Administers tasks that support the commercial sales process ensuring accurate and timely processing of all transactions.
  • Coordinates and communicates the activities of the department with internal bank partners, ensuring policies, procedures and standards are followed correctly and efficiently.
  • Resolves issues from portfolio management activities such as; past dues mitigation, loan exception control and tracking, ensures compliance with procedures, & loan documents.
