Job Description
Administrative Associate provides comprehensive administrative and business support for a department, division, or unit, coordinating activities, supporting budget and personnel processes, and facilitating communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Coordinate department-wide activities, leadership meetings, and special initiatives
  • Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Support monthly utility billing processing activity
  • Support onboarding activities, training logistics, and special projects assigned by leadership
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Office, and Excel
  • Serve as an administrative point of contact for vendors, utility providers, contractors, and internal campus partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned
