Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Associate to provide office support services as assigned. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining complete and accurate data entry, providing effective phone coverage, and maintaining an effective filing system.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Six months of previous administrative support experience in a similar role
  • Valid California driver's license, personal automobile insurance, and driving record that meets the standards outlined in the Agency’s Policy: Motor Vehicle Operating Standards
  • Physically and mentally fit in accordance with the Agency’s Policy: Physical Fitness Standards and Examinations
  • Will to complete a Tuberculosis (TB) test and drug screening test
  • Will to complete a personal background investigation conducted by the State of California
  • Ability to work within a culturally integrated workplace and respect human differences based upon protected classes as defined by state, federal and local laws
