Requirements

  • Support multiple Senior Directors of Engineering across the Infrastructure Group
  • Manage complex calendars by implementing strategic time allocation for your executives
  • Lead team-level initiatives and complex planning with collaborative input
  • Act as a key liaison across the org
  • Cultivate cross-functional relationships
  • Maintain department's communications, meeting notes, project plans, and track group goals and tasks
  • Plan and execute off-sites, all-hands, and team-building activities
  • Drive internal E/ABP team initiatives
  • Provide informal mentorship to peers
  • Lead the onboarding process for new administrative hires
