Role Overview

The Administrative Clerk I will accept and schedule customer orders to ensure customer satisfaction. They will provide administrative support as required by personnel working in the Transport Operations Department.

What You Will Do

Enter customer orders, scan/index documents, schedule pick-ups and deliveries, maintain customer contact information, and communicate with customers regarding changes in schedules and potential service failures.

The ideal candidate will have basic office clerical skills, be able to type at least 40 wpm, and have 1-2 years of clerical experience. They will be able to communicate effectively, have strong organizational and scheduling skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
