Job Description
Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to department heads and clinical service lines in a hospital setting, assisting with tasks such as managing calendars, taking messages, and maintaining electronic filing systems.
Requirements
Prior experience working in a clinic or hospital environment preferred
Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and prioritize according to established criteria and protocols
Computer literacy required, including familiarity with email, Microsoft Office programs and scheduling applications
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidential medical information
High School diploma, with specialized training in business office skills preferred
2-5 years office experience
