Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator will provide coordination and supervision of major and complex activities, programs, functions, or projects for the hospital administration. The role involves shared administrative support for the Chief Operating Officer and Assistant/Associate Vice President, coordinating priorities, communications, and scheduling to ensure timely execution of key initiatives. The Coordinator will also supervise and train clerical and administrative employees, provide input to their performance appraisals, and make recommendations regarding personnel actions.

Requirements

  • High School Graduation
  • 10 years of progressively responsible administrative experience in business, medical, scientific, or health care environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or directly related field preferred
  • 2 years of supervisory experience
