Role Overview

The Administrative Coordinator will assist with processing and assignment of consumer intakes, serve as the Administrative Coordinator for the Central Massachusetts Regional Office in Worcester, and provide general administrative support to the office.

What You Will Do

Primary duties include entering incoming correspondence into the AGO's record system, sending outgoing correspondence in response to inquiries from the public, and performing other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or related education and/or experience, preferred
  • Demonstrated interest in public service work and ability to build rapport with people from different ethnic, cultural, and economic backgrounds
  • Excellent computer and technical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel; knowledge of SharePoint, preferred
  • Ability to handle multiples tasks, meet deadlines, and approach workflows systemically
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, or other languages, preferred
