Role OverviewThe Administrative Coordinator will provide primary administrative support to the Director/Chair, faculty & Senior Administrator within the Department of Cardiovascular Research, the Center for Aging + Cardiovascular Discovery Center. The role involves calendar maintenance, travel arrangements, meeting & seminar scheduling, expense maintenance, and processing PO change orders.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include providing administrative support, coordinating travel and events, responding to phone calls and inquiries, and preparing documentation for seminars and faculty reimbursements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
