A college division within a major university is seeking an organized, proactive Administrative Coordinator to support senior leadership and ensure smooth daily operations within the Dean's Office.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of professional administrative or customer-facing office experience
Multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
CRM/database experience preferred (Salesforce or similar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
