Role OverviewThe Administrative Fellow will participate in a variety of rotational assignments, strategic initiatives, and executive-level mentorship to develop the next generation of healthcare leaders. The program is designed to provide hands-on exposure across a high-performing, community-focused health system. Fellows will gain a comprehensive foundation in healthcare operations, strategy, and organizational leadership.

The fellow will demonstrate Healthcare Executive Competencies, communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external customers, establish and maintain relationships, and facilitate constructive interactions with individuals and groups.
