Job Description
The Administrative Manager will oversee and coordinate all administrative, HR, and accounting functions to ensure compliance, operational readiness, and smooth site operations at the APEX Power Co. Project in Hubbard, TX. This role includes managing employee onboarding, training, payroll, records, procurement, and audit-ready documentation, as well as supervising administrative personnel and driving reporting and variance analysis.

Requirements

  • Administrative experience
  • General accounting and human resources background
  • Worker compensation and payroll administration knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, human resources, or similar
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively

Benefits

  • Annual base salary ranging from $113,000 to $143,000
