Role OverviewThe Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction is seeking a dedicated security-minded administrative professional to assume the duties and responsibilities of an Administrative Professional 1 in Franklin County. This position is located in the Education department. The role requires considerable knowledge of clerical functions and office procedures to prepare and type correspondence and reports for OCSS from rough draft/copy and oral instructions.
What You Will Do
The Administrative Professional 1 will prepare and type agendas and reports for education, initiate and sign routine letters, gather and interpret data, type monthly reports, and maintain various student records and test results. The role also involves designing and establishing record keeping systems, attending meetings, and responding to questions and concerns.
