Job Description
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking an Administrative Professional 2 to serve as the Business & Operations Coordinator for Clinton and Fayette counties, as well as provide support to the ODOT Contact Center. The role will assist with monitoring the budget, purchasing and receiving materials, and handling calls and cases through the ODOT Contact Center.
Requirements
Assisting management with monitoring the budget
Purchasing & receiving materials
Submitting & tracking purchase order usage & balancing orders daily
Processing payments of invoices & paycard purchases
Creating & maintaining paycard records &/or spreadsheets
Ensuring data is entered accurately into the Enterprise Information Management System (EIMS) within the established time frames
Recording, adjusting, and monitoring inventory on a routine schedule & within the established time frames
Handling calls & cases through the ODOT Contact Center
Responding to inquiries & complaints & providing information to the public
Serving as the coordinator for the boot, jacket & uniform programs
Performing public relations duties
Performing other work-related duties as assigned
