Role Overview

The Administrative Professional 2 (INTERMITTENT) role is a temporary position that supports the Division of Liquor Control by performing confidential legal secretarial work for office attorneys. The role requires considerable knowledge of clerical functions and office procedures. The position is part of the Ohio Department of Commerce, which promotes prosperity by protecting what matters most to Ohioans.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of this role include producing typed copy of legal documents and correspondence, working under general supervision, and compiling and generating reports involving complex technical, legal, statistical, and confidential material.

Requirements

  • 18 mos. exp. or 18 mos. trg. in secretarial/administrative professional field

  • 6 mos. exp. as Administrative Professional 1, 16871
  • equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment
