Role OverviewServe as a lead worker and resource for internal & external customers, as well as peers and supervisors in a variety of administrative tasks related to the regulation for all sections served. Working with supervision, become subject matter expert for a cross functional team in order to effectively administer regulatory requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide training including creating and updating training materials.
What You Will Do
Assist with direct customer support via phone, email, mail, and system based routine, and non-routine, related to regulatory, permitting, invoicing, inspection, certification and fiscal and technical issues for internal and external customers. Relieve supervision in programmatic, system, fiscal and system related projects. Work independently to identify issues and solutions within the scope of our varied areas.
