Job Description
Role Overview

Provides comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Safety Grants & Rebates, handling non-routine tasks across the Safety Grant Programs, WSIC, and Safety Council Program.

What You Will Do

Coordinates section workflows, interprets and applies BWC policies, facilitates communication and information flow between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, and coordinates calendars for the director and the section.

Requirements

  • 30 months of experience or 30 months of training in secretarial/administrative professional field
  • completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from an accredited career school or community college
  • 12 months of experience in secretarial/administrative professional field
  • completion of Administrative Professional 2, 16872
  • equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment
