Job Description
The Administrative Professional 3 position supports critical programs and operational excellence with organizational expertise, analytical skills, and attention to detail. The role involves administrative and program support, fiscal and purchasing operations, compliance, audits, and process improvement, as well as data management and reporting, and technology and systems support.

Requirements

  • 30 months experience or training in secretarial/administrative professional field
  • Associate degree in business office administration or secretarial science
  • Experience in regulatory compliance
  • Experience with state or other accounting software system
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Experience in writing reports, purchase orders, invoices, and/or requests for purchases
