Role OverviewThe Administrative Professional 4 will assist in the management of consultant contracts, including reviewing and processing invoices, monitoring schedules, and providing customer service. This role is part of the Capital Programs Department in ODOT District 12.
What You Will Do
The Administrative Professional 4 will review and process contract invoices, monitor schedules, assist with the consultant proposal selection process, and provide customer service. They will also track and work with project managers on consultant billing, schedules, and evaluations.

Requirements
- 30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in secretarial/administrative professional field
- completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college
- 12 mos. exp. in secretarial/administrative professional field
- equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment
