Job Description
The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) is seeking an Administrative Professional 4 to provide advanced support to the Office of Financial Affairs. The role involves financial reporting, program coordination, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Provide advanced administrative and secretarial support, including drafting reports and handling sensitive correspondence.
Analyze, compile and summarize complex financial, payroll and operational data.
Prepare and run financial and program reports.
Coordinate and support the Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC) program and related activities.
Respond to inquiries from internal staff, local health departments and external partners.
Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations, policies and procedures.
Assist with quarterly timestudies, audits, and documentation for reimbursement.
Maintain and update systems and ensure data accuracy.
Provide technical assistance and guidance to agencies on reporting and system use.
Participate in meetings, committees, and inter-agency collaborations.
Track program performance and recommend process improvements.
Support training efforts, conferences and program communications.
Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, recordkeeping, invoicing and document management.
