Job Description
As an Administrative Project Coordinator in the Architecture studio, you will work with Project Architects to organize construction administration tasks, track processes, and administer timely correspondences to contractors and owners. You will also apply quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management and assist project managers with development, initiation, planning, execution, and closeout activities.

Requirements

  • Work with multiple Project Architects to organize, process, and follow up on Construction Administration tasks
  • Help track Construction Administration processes, subconsultant RIF and Submittal responses
  • Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management
  • Work with multiple Architecture Project Managers and project teams as needed
  • Act as Quality Coordinator for Florida Studio
  • Assist Project Manager with project development, initiation, planning, execution, and closeout activities
  • Produce, proofread, format and/or organize written materials
  • Create and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Order insurance and monitor insurance certificates
  • Facilitate subconsultant procurement process
  • Assist with and help coordinate meetings and presentations
  • Support Principals with Administrative tasks
  • Exhibit professionalism with clients (internal and external)
