Role OverviewThe Administrative Project Coordinator will work with multiple Project Architects to organize, process, and follow up on Construction Administration tasks via Newforma software. They will also help track Construction Administration processes, subconsultant RFI and Submittal responses, and administer timely return of all correspondences to the Contractor/Owner.
What You Will Do
The role involves working with multiple Architecture Project Managers and project teams as needed, creating and maintaining paper and electronic files, assisting with and coordinating meetings and presentations, and exhibiting professionalism with clients (internal and external).
